Frequently asked questions
Is the sky shown accurate?
The positions of the Sun, Moon, planets and stars are worked out with Astronomy Engine for your place and time. The Milky Way and the ground are artistic, the bright objects are where they really are.
Why does the view look slow on my phone?
The 3D view adapts its quality to your device. You can lower the quality in the menu next to the time controls.
Can I use it at the telescope?
Yes. The night vision theme turns the whole site red, which keeps your eyes adapted to the dark.
